The other side of Varsity Stadium has a clear view of the CN Tower. The completed Varsity Centre will give "a big boost to sport, recreation and academic programs at U of T, creating unmatched opportunities for students, high performance athletes, and community members to compete, train, learn and play." The university's intercollegiate sports program, Varsity Blues, has 26 athletic teams that compete here regularly.
