Although the University of Toronto's Convocation Hall holds many classes where a large number of students are enrolled, such as first year psychology, it's mainly a venue for annual convocation ceremonies. As I graduated from Victoria College, I marched across Queen's Park to Convocation Hall to my graduation ceremony. Inspired by the grand theatre of Sorbonne and the Sheldonian Theatre at Oxford, 'Con Hall', as it's commonly called, was designed and completed in 1907.
