The Beauty of the Book: The LPG's Handmade Campaign

The latest campaign from the Literary Press Group of Canada is a celebration of the sensory experience of reading a well-made book, "feeling the paper between your fingers as you flip the page, smelling that amazing 'book smell,' and admiring the beautiful work of art that a physical book is." The choice to curl up on your couch with an e-reader or with a beautifully-bound book depends on your reading preference, but the LPG makes a really great case for books that "feel good in your hands."

This fall, booksellers across Canada will feature titles selected by Nadine Boyd of the LPG. The titles not only feel, smell and look good, but they're also great reads. Check out the full list here and then stop by your local bookstore and get the full book experience.
