Tobermory (Bruce Peninsula)

A small community at the northern tip of the Bruce Peninsula, Tobermory is considered the freshwater SCUBA diving capital of the world due to its numerous shipwrecks - especially around Five Fathoms National Marine Park. Known for its biodiversity, Tobermory has at least one species of flower not found in any other part of the world and hosts an annual orchid festival. The area boasts freshwater ecosystems not found anywhere else.
